Wipro BPO 

I was a 23 year old girl when I joined Wipro BPO.I was scared and underconfident as it was my first job and I went to work there due to som personal issues.However I was not prepared for such behaviour in susuch a reputable company.I had a particular ASG by the name of Vikash Shaw who humiliated me and eveteased me sometimes even publicly.When he found a member in his team who was not able to perform as per the standards he wanted he used to publicly insult and humiliate them.I personally went into depression after working with him for few months.And there was a particular tem member whom he groped and of course there was that unwanted touching that he gave to his particular victims.And yes he choose his victims who he felt were scared enough of him so that they would not report him and he threatened someone that’I will make life hell for you in this floor if you report me".Of course he was good at his work and smart enough to manage with his superiors

I am suprised that in  such a reputed comapny someone could get publicly humiliated and eve teased and get away with it.

Girls I request you to think twice before joining Wipro Bpo Kolkata.Your dignity, self respect and your mental health might be at stake.Please do not be frightened to report and please RESIGN from the company.The salary is a small price to pay for being helplesssly harassed.
